Qi Gong Day
what a great workshop we had last Saturday with deep Healing Qi Gong ,Nice group and energy flow .We had a plan as the morning unfolded i could hear one lady being forced to move house and other person talking about the housing issue .We worked on healing and grounding first when u become grounded that feeling of safety returns u step out of flight and can think without so much fear and worry .A meditation to meet inner child lightened the load even further and some more work with Earth and Saturn to resolve trust issues and step into the Tao again .I always listen to people before i lead a workshop and trust my intuition as to where to lead the group .I will stay in contact with people after a workshop and support as best i can as i been through some of the same problems in my own journey .Enjoying teaching lots again lately very grateful to have stuck it out
