Classes

All classes and workshops are currently being held online via Zoom.

All classes are recorded and you can re-watch the class during the week.  If you miss the class live you will still have access to the recording.  We open the Zoom meetings 15-20 minutes early to allow people to get settled in and have a chat.  We also allow 10-15 mins at the end for questions and chat.

Free Bonus ‘Surrender’ Qi Gong Class

This term we are gifting students with a pre-recorded floor exercise Qi Gong class which is suitable for daily short practice.  A little gift from me to you to say thank you for your continued support and commitment to your self care and development.

This exercise class is done laying down and is excellent for deepening or surrendering into relaxation, stretching, connecting with your body and connecting with the earth.  There will be a class for January and February which will be emailed to all participants as a free downloadable link.

January ‘Wake Up, Shake Up’ Classes

Monday Mornings 8.00am – 8.30am,  11th – 25th January

This class will be held live every Monday 8.00am – 8.30am, and the recording will be available for you to watch everyday over the week.

The Wake Up, Shake Up class will helps us be more present for the day ahead and we will also set an intention for the day and for the New Year.  It is a great practice to help build mental focus, clarity and stamina in our daily lives.

Price:  The 4 Week Practice is €15

January Qi Gong Intro for Beginners

Thursday Evenings 7.00pm – 7.40pm,  15th, 22nd & 29th January

This January we will be holding a three week beginners introduction for complete beginners to Qi Gong.

These classes will give you the basics of a number of Qi Gong practices and allow you to experience a few classes and how the practice may benefit you in your daily life.

This class differs from the Chair Exercise class as it has less stretching and concentrates more on the alchemical forms of Qi Gong and connecting with the body on a deeper level.

Price of 3 week course is €20

Qi Gong Chair Exercise & Lifeforce Meditation Class

Friday Mornings 10.00am – 11.00am,  8th January – 26th February

The chair exercise class is very gentle physically, easy to follow and suitable for all ages.

It is great for flexibility, grounding, relaxing and rejuvenation.  Many people report having more energy, feeling lighter and happier after taking part in the classes and it is one of our most popular classes for people of all ages.

Qi Gong Improvers Practice

Saturday Morning,  10.00am – 11.00am,  9th January – 27th February

These classes are intended for anyone who has some experience in Qi Gong, Meditation or similar practices.

#The syllabus will include:

Shaolin 8 Silk Brocade – Stretching of the Limbs and Organs,
Exploring the Alchemy and Shamanic Guided Meditations of Taoism –
This will include:   The 5 Elements, The Healing Sounds, Connecting to the Earth, Connecting to the energy of these times and Connecting to your own inner flow.

Tai Chi & Deep Stretch Class

Tuesday Evenings,  7.00pm – 8.00pm,  12th January – 23rd February

All are welcome to this beginners class with step by step instructions for beginners in Tai Chi and Deep Stretching Class

Topics covered include:

Warms Ups, Silk Reeling, Posture, Tai Chi Form and Essence  Stretching Sequence and basic Breathing.

 We begin the class with some deep stretching to loosen and awaken the body, this is very important when learning  Tai Chi to ensure a better posture is obtained as well as relaxing and loosening the body .

Tai Chi breathing has many benefits some of which include:

  • Relieves Stiffness, Back and Shoulder Ache,
  • Improves Posture and Overall Flexibility,
  • It is a great way to unwind and relax after a hard day.

Gratitude & Healing Meditation, Qi Gong Form

Thursday Nights, 9.00pm – 9.45pm,  14th January – 25th February

This night time meditation is designed to help us relax, release and surrender to what is.  No matter what is going on in our life we always have the option to let go of our worries a little, sit into our trust and connect with our inner knowing, support and guidance for a more peaceful way of living.  

We will begin the session with Primordial Qi Gong form.  Primordial Qi Gong is a series of gentle movements that gently recharges you with full body movement and deep breathing.  During these meditation classes we will cultivate this practice which you can do every night to relieve stress, anxiety, overthinking or ‘monkey mind’, fear, negative thoughts or feelings and so much more.

Before bed is the perfect time to deeply relax the body and mind, allow them to release any worries or stresses before we settle in to a good nights sleep.

‘I love this practice so much, it helps me see the big picture when I’m worrying about something and I can usually just let it go and know that things will work out.’
