New Qi Gong Class

One hour workout
A good physical warm up with some cardio mobility exercises and core build up exercises ..
Followed by some Tai chi form ,
Class ends with Qi Gong meditative breathing and gentle stretching.
This class combines fitness with meditative movement .
There is an option of staying to 8.30 to learn self defence and Tai chi applications.7.00 – 8.30 6 WEEKS €70
