Courses are currently being run to allow people to become Qi Gong Instructors and Massage Therapist /Tui na practioners and Healers and just to deepen and explore in depth the world of energy and Qi Gong .
We Currently have a two year course runnning for therapist and Instructor training ,You can begin in year one or year 2 and the following year complete the course if u wish ,The training gives u the opportunity to learn Qi Gong forms ,Meditation and various types of healing and Massage .
We also have a shorter advanced course for people who have completed 2 years training who wish to learn the Advanced Healing Methods u need basic before u can do these methods for safety reasons .
Year 2 is starting in October 2018
Course will run for 7 weekends and begin in October suitable for all levels.
Course will cost €1200 the only additional cost is few books
Tea and snacks will be provided during term along with online support and Monthly handouts .

We will cover sports related injuries pre event/post event .Massage therapy Anatomy and physiology .Stretching Methods advanced PIR/ Trigger point and position release methods along with basic Tui na .
Qi Gong form of 8 Silk Brocade 4 levels of training and five Elements principle along with knowledge of the Meridians and Tai Chi chair Classes .
Along with learning on this course part of it is workshop for your well being where u are led through various types of Meditation and Qi Gong training and self Healing .
Its usually run second weekend of each month
