Each day we will go out in nature in the local area of the Burren and do Qi Gong practices and meditation to deepen our connection with the land and elements.

VENUE :The Amber Healing Center is located 6 km outside Kinvara just outside the village of Ballindereen and only 20 minutes drive from Burren .
On our weekend retreats you get to meet new people, eat healthy food explore energetically the elements of Nature and Learn Qi Gong practices to maintain your health and keep balance in your daily life .
We host full package weekends u can book as a private group, One to one or attend one of our fun filled weekends .
Training ,Learn the inner smile Qi Gong and Taoist meditation . We will combine Dynamic Qi Gong postures ,Healing Sounds and meditation along with a Walk in the Burren to calm and nourish your body and Soul.
The practice of qi gong and healing sounds is to open up channels in the body which allows a free flow of energy to connect to the elements .
If any one of these elements is weak then we feel it very fast through emotional or physical illness.
The healing sounds vibrate each organ and open up communication to the lifeforce through these five elements, as each has great intelligence it can release trauma or stress which is slowing us down.
This practice will help us be more grounded and stay more present and connect to deep levels of self healing and intuition.
Friday 25th evening orientation and meditation 5pm – 7pm followed by dinner.
