Qi Gong Retreat
A weekend of stillness inner nurture , Qi Gong and Alchemy retreat .
Starts Friday the 11th of December ends Sunday 13th .We will combine movement Qi Gong postures ,Healing Sounds and meditation and dream practice .
Focus will be on the alchemy of male and female Kan and Li and letting go old energy from the year and moving more presently and powerfuly into the rythm of 2016 .
weekend will cost €150 Accomadation not included .
Early bird €150 accomadation and training .
Limited spaces for early bird payment before dec 5th .
There are a few beds at the center first come first served .
Otherwise its a nearby bed and breakfast .
Friday 11th 7-9 pm Evening orientation introductory meditation followed by Light meal .
Saturday 12th Morning training 8 am -9 am ,Morning Qi Gong Shaolin brocade and meditation.
9.15 – 10.30 breakfast .
10.30 – 1.00 Taoist Meditation and Qi Gong
1.00 – 2.30 Lunch
2.30 – 5.00 Taoist meditation and Qi Gong
5.00 -8.00 Dinner and relax time
8.00 – 9.00 Taoist dream practice and Alchemy
Sunday 8am -9 am Morning Qi Gong and Shaolin brocade
9.15 – 10.30 Breakfast
10.30- 1.00 Taoist meditation and Qi Gong
1.00 – 2.30 lUNCH
2.30 – 4.00 Taoist meditation and Qi Gong
4.00 finish .
Tuesday Morning classes are ongoing 4 weeks left before xmas 10.00 -11.30
Tai chi essence ,stretch and form along with Shaolin brocade , stretch and massage of the organs and meditation .
€15 per class
First Tuesday of each Calender month will be a evening Qi Gong Class on a Tuesday at 7.30 -9.00 cost , €15 ,will be training Alchemy meditation and Some Shaolin Qi Gong postures.
if u wish to be reminded by text just write me back your number and name next one will be on Tuesday 1st december and will have another one on dec 15th as January will not work and just to close out the year with a nice meditation.
Second wednesday each month is a Shamanic Circle at 7.30 led by robbie and anyone else who wishes to hold the group , again if u wish to be reminded by text get in touch
This is a nice spiritual support group and only €5 per session and we usually have a cupa afterwards.
