A Weekend of Self Healing Qi Gong, Meditation and Relaxation
Train traditional Qi Gong self-healing exercises using breath and movement and deep stretching to release stress and energise the body taken from the 8 silk brocade of Shaolin Temple.
Primordial Qi Gong, this 15 minute form is easy to learn yet uniquely powerful. It’s totally different from tai chi martial or soft “health” styles taught t day will also be a large part of the weekend aimed to reconnect with ourselves and learn how to listen to our body’s deep wisdom.
A beginner will feel immediate benefits from the weekend and feel their chi flow with an emphasis on applying these methods in our daily lives. These methods help us reduce thinking and feel the peace and vitality within.
Some outdoor excursions and training in the Burren will be included, weather dependent.
