Five Animals and six healing sounds China’s two oldest shamanic forms of Qi Gong, combined to release emotion and allow you to connect to our inner organs intelligence and chi flow.
Breath Structure and grounding The area of the lower dantien gives us access to our core self and is a place rich in vitality. We practice ocean breathing to open this place. Learn to connect the tendons and spinal cord to improve structure and connect the body as a unit with a deep centred connection to the earth.
Inner smile A simple smile from the heart that radiates to the body parts and beyond, dissolving tension and stress.
Micro cosmic orbit Using meditation and Qi Gong open up a fire channel in the back of the body and a water channel in front we increase the blood flow in the spine and bring vitality to the nervous system and blood to the brain letting this channel naturally flow again.
Directional toning We align ourselves with nature and the elements and tone to invite them to our centre.
